Our heavy duty mini loop booty bands provide a versatile and effective way training platform to engage your legs, core, booty, and hips. Our booty resistance bands are worn around the lower thighs or shins and add ascending resistance to your movements. This 'functional fitness' tool trains your body to work, strengthen, and tone several lower body muscle groups together at the same time.

You'll feel deep engagement throughout the glutes, hips, hamstrings, and quads as you squat, lunge, slide, kick or jump. Each of the five sizes offers a range a range of booty-busting tension as you stretch them further. These heavy-duty bands provide astonishingly more resistance than traditional booty bands, and as a result, deliver deeper and faster results.

How are our mini bands different?
Unlike most bands, which are made in a large factory and cast as a solid piece of rubber, our exercise resistance bands are made 6x thicker than normal mini bands and crafted through a layering process, like the way a roll of tape is wound up. The thicker profile prevents the bands from rolling up your legs while using them, makes your workouts challenging, and makes our booty bands last longer.

Why else should you care?
Because the layering property helps keep you safe. Each band is can stretch 2.5 times its resting length. This means that they stretch further and will slowly unpeel over time instead of unpredictably snapping on impact. For this reason, we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our equipment. If at any point you are unsatisfied just send us back your band(s) and we'll refund or replace them with no questions asked.
