All orders are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service)

USA Orders
All USA Orders are FREE SHIPPING (including HI & AK) First Class & Priority Arrives 2 -3 business days after ship date.

International Orders
All International Orders $150 or over are FREE SHIPPING.

We understand the high cost of International Shipping for our customers, and wish to do all we can to mitigate that cost. For orders less that $150, we will subsidize the cost of shipping with the below pricing:

Canada
Priority Canada International rates vary from $25 to $44 depending on weight. We will charge you $18 flat rate and we will cover the difference.
Arrives 6-10 business days after ship date.



International
Priority International rates vary from $35 to $75 depending on weight.We will charge you $25 flat rate and we will cover the difference. Arrives 6-10 business days after ship date.

Flate Rate: $7.90 on most orders.

At EggWeights, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and courier process the orders, which takes an additional 2-4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International orders usually take between 15 and 30 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer due to customs and travel restrictions.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

UPS ground shipping map
The above map indicates transit time from our warehouse in Moberly, MO when selecting Ground Shipping. Please note that this is transit time only, and does not include order processing time. Express shipping options are available during checkout for an additional fee.


SHIPPING COSTS:


  • $6.95 flat rate Ground Shipping on most orders shipped within the continental US only.

  • Flat rate price applies to orders shipped via UPS Ground only.

  • Excludes heavy and overweight/oversized items.

  • Shipping and tax (if applicable) will be calculated during checkout.

  • When using a promo code for free shipping, please note that the $6.95 cost will show in your cart but the discount will be combined with any other discounts for the order and shown as a discount total.

  • If a minimum order total is required to qualify for free shipping, the cart must total that minimum after other discounts are taken and before taxes. Unless otherwise stated, heavy bags and overweight/oversized items are not eligible for free shipping.


ADDITIONAL DETAILS:


  • Everlast ships via UPS. You must have a physical street address for all Everlast.com deliveries.

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays).

  • Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after the order is received. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus on US operations and shipping, orders will ship between 5-7 days after the order is received. Please note: this processing time occurs for all orders including those placed with expedited shipping. Delivery time depends on the level of service you select and where you are located.

  • Everlast uses UPS SurePost. The UPS SurePost service provides the convenience of UPS shipping and USPS-delivery to your mailbox. Your order may be delivered by your local post office.

  • We offer expedited shipping at an additional charge.
    Impact of the Coronavirus on UPS Service Guarantee
    Suspension of Service Guarantee




    • Effective March 24, 2020 and until further notice, the UPS Service Guarantee is suspended for all U.S. origin shipments (U.S. Domestic and International) at any service level.

    • All UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders must be placed online by 12:00 PM CST to ensure same day shipping. To accommodate expedited shipping needs after 12:00 PM CST, please call 800-821-7930 for delivery options.

    • Next Day Air is available for all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery is guaranteed on the next business day at the following times depending on destination: 10:30am, 12pm, or end of day (not time zone-specific).

    • 2nd Day Air is available for all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery is guaranteed by the end of the second business day. (Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.)



  • Please be advised that large equipment orders (such as heavy bags and stands) may be shipped directly by freight carriers (LTL) in order to provide timely delivery.

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in multiple packages on different days.

  • We do not ship to APO, AFO, FPO or international locations at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.


RDX Sports
Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the progress of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the shipping carrier's website.

All light items are eligible for free shipping worldwide. International shipping charges and available service will vary based on package size, weight and country of destination.

Shipment in Europe:
Customers in the European Union are served by our warehouse in the United Kingdom and may be dispatched using DPD, Parcel-Force or Royal Mail standard shipping services. Depending on your location, estimated delivery is between five to seven working days.

Shipment in USA, Canada & Mexico:
We have a domestic warehouse located in Texas to ensure your order is shipped and delivered as quickly as possible. Shipping rates vary depending on the method selected and the warehouse location. We've partnered with multiple local and national couriers in the United States. Unfortunately, there may sometimes be errors, and products which are available at our website may occasionally be out of stock in our domestic warehouse. In that case, we will notify you via email and any unavailable item will be sent from United Kingdom or removed from your order.

Shipment Speed:
The delivery will vary based on shipping method chosen at checkout.

DISCLAIMER:
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported to your country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK and USA may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country. From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies differ usually from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return.

SPRI.com ships to addresses in the United States, U.S. Territories and U.S. military installations. Shipments may be shipped by a variety of carriers, shipping rates will vary. FedEx is our primary delivery method but may use alternate ground shipping methods for oversized items. Orders are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Free shipping offers are only valid on online orders over $299 at the time of purchase and will ship via FedEx SmartPost, Economy or Ground. The order subtotal must be over $299.00 amount after discounts and before taxes to qualify for free shipping. Free economy shipping is not valid to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii and overszie shipping charges still apply.

Oversize Charges:
Because some large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, we have added a delivery surcharge; this charge is stated in the product's description and is in addition to regular delivery charges.

Freight Truck (LTL) delivery

We work with a variety of shipping companies to ensure the delivery of your order at the lowest cost to you! This is why your order was shipped via Freight Truck (LTL) instead of carriers like USPS, FedEx and/or UPS

What is Freight Truck (LTL) delivery?

LTL stands for Less-Than-Truckload for a domestic shipment of pallets through a freight truck . By consolidating your order on pallet(s) and shipping via this method, we are able to keep your shipping costs low as opposed to billing you for multiple boxes/shipments. Depending on the number of pallets being shipped, more than one shipment may be necessary. LTL Shipments can be delivered to a home or business address.

As for any shipment, the cost of shipping pallets is based on the weight, number of pallets, distance, and if any other extra services are required for delivery.

When should you expect delivery?

Orders shipped via Freight Truck (LTL) usually can take up to 14 days for delivery. The freight company should contact you prior to delivery to schedule an appointment. These shipments are generally delivered with the following options; If you require one in particular , please let us know right away:

Lift Gate / Curbside Service: The truck used for delivery is equipped with a lowering mechanism called a lift gate to lower the item(s) curbside or equivalent. You will be responsible to move the item(s) from there.

Tailgate Delivery: The truck is parked at the nearest/safest location close to the delivery address . The delivery team is then responsible to move the item(s) to the tailgate (back) end of the truck. The customer receiving the product is responsible to unload item(s) from the truck. If this option is chosen and the customer is not able to remove the product(s) off the truck, re-delivery, storage and other service fees may be incurred.


Order Delivery Time:
Unless an alternate method is chosen, the typical delivery time via FedEx Ground is 5-10 business days. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories please allow 10-15 business days.

GAIAM.com ships to addresses in the United States, U.S. Territories and U.S. military installations. Shipments may be shipped by a variety of carriers, shipping rates will vary. We offer free standard shipping for domestic US orders greater than $60 (exclusive of shipping).

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, an e-mail with tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. If for some reason you do not receive an e-mail, please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to help you track your order!

Shipping Times:
We ship all of our orders from our warehouse in Burlington, NC. We offer a few different speeds for shipping:

US Standard shipping: 7-10 business days
US Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days
International Standard shipping: 2-3 weeks (varies by country)
International Expedited shipping: 5-7 business days

Note that orders to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer. We do our best to find the fastest shipping method for these, but sometimes take a bit longer.

Similarly, orders to international and developing countries (those outside of the EU, Australia, Japan) may extend past 3 weeks for standard shipping.

Shipping Options:
We pride ourselves on being able to process most orders the same day they are received.

Please allow 5 to 10 days for UPS delivery.

Oversize and heavy items are shipped freight carrier.

With freight carrier shipments, inside delivery and installation is not available. It is the receiver‘s responsibility to unload and install product(s).

Orders are shipped by UPS Ground in most cases. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes so you must list a valid street address with your order.

Other shipping methods are available such as UPS Next-Day or Two/Three-Day delivery and UPS Global/International delivery. You pay shipping costs for these methods, which are based on the weight and destination. Simply enter your order online and you will be presented with all shipping options that we can do so you can choose between price and speed of delivery. By indicating a special delivery method, you are giving us authorization to charge you for this service. Please be aware that orders placed after 12:00 noon EST (9:00 am PST) will usually go out the following business day.

UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

There is no guarantee that your order will go out the day you order. If you have specified a One, Two, or Three Day delivery and are placing the order after 1pm EST, it is likely your order will be shipped the following business day.

International Shipping
We currently only offer UPS expedited and express for international shipping at this time. Dave (The Boss Man) explains why in these links below.

We do however use International Freight Shipping for all equipment orders but you will need to contact customer service or equipment sales for a shipping quote.

Any dispute over shipping, taxes, customs or duty should be addressed to UPS or the Freight Shipping Company.

Sales Tax
Currently, the following states' residents are subject to sales tax collected by EliteFTS: AR, GA, IA, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, RI, SD, TN, UT, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.

International customers may be subjected to taxes payable to your own country upon receiving the package, but we do not collect or know what the amount of these taxes are. Check with your country’s tax authority.

Canadian Orders
UPS has provided us with the following statement for our Canadian customers:

“Canadian Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. This may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.

Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Trailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes as well as an average of $10.00 flat brokerage fee($4.00 USD entry prep fee + $6.00 CAD bond fee on ground shipments; $10.00 CAD bond fee on air shipments) for shipments valued below $200.00 USD. Additional fees will apply on shipments over this value. Shipments valued at $200.00 CAD and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.

Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery. “

For quickest delivery, we recommend that you call the UPS toll-free number and pre-pay for these charges, as this will avoid repeated delivery attempts should you not be there personally to pay the fee at the time the driver arrives.
