EVERLAST RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY COMPLETE DETAILS:
-Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
-All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used. -Everlast reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
-The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Everlast prior to any refund being issued. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
-For exchange requests, customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with product return. Everlast will pay cost for shipping of the replacement merchandise.

RDX Sports
RDX Sports is definite that you will be satisfied with our products. But in case if you are not, perhaps due to size, color or model isn’t right for you-you can exchange or opt for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. In case you have not received your order, you have 30 days to submit a claim. In addition, every RDX sports product comes with a 90 day warranty.
Manufacturer Fault:
-If your product has only manufacturing or material defect, claim can be entertained within the period of 90 days for exchange of product only. No refunds will be facilitated after the refund cooling off period (Manufacturer fault)
In case purchased item is not received:
-In case you didn’t receive the item within the specified delivery time period, you have 30 days to submit the complaint to customer support and after that claim will not be entertained.
In case of change of mind/no longer needed/or any reason apart from defect:
-Products can be swapped for a different size or color of the same product, provided that the preferred size or color is available in stock. This option is available within 14 days of the delivery and item must not be in used in that period. If the preferred size or color is not available, or you want a different product, please return the unwanted product and place a new order.
It’s essential that the product must not be defective or used by the customer and contain all original parts and accessories. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and tags, and that the product is undamaged overall.
We reserve the right to decline a return or an exchange at any stage if products are returned damaged.

Limitation for returning the item:
-Once the customer informs the support team about his concern in 14 days of receiving the item, then the customer is bound to return back the item within 14 days of that notice period else the claim of return will not be entertained.

-Any items returned for refund or exchange without original documentation or without return form will be rejected. Please clearly state on the invoice/return form the reason for return or exchange and whether you require a refund or exchange.

-Refunds will be credited by the same criteria in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
-RDX sports reserves the right to decline a return at any stage if item found in non-resalable condition.
-RDX sports will not be responsible for lost or missing packages sent by the customers and recommends that customer place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.
-Please ensure package is being sent to correct address for all returns otherwise RDX sports reserves all rights to decline the issuance of payment.
-Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. It sometime takes up to 14 days to appear in your bank statement as bank processes vary by the institutions. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

If you are unhappy with the bands, you have 60 days to send them back for a refund – no questions asked. Returned packages must be postmarked within 60 days of the confirmed date of delivery and must include the original order number. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items that are opened since we can’t resell them.

We know that sometimes a product doesn’t work out and sometimes sizing can be a challenge, so at Hyperwear we offer a 30-day customer satisfaction policy.
We will issue a refund on unused items purchased from Hyperwear.com within 30 days of receipt and returned to Hyperwear within 60 days. For returns or exchanges through Amazon, Rogue or other site please contact reseller point of purchase to initiate.
Please initiate your exchange or return request below where you will receive authorization and additional instructions. Items must be returned to Hyperwear in good saleable condition and if possible in original packaging prior to the exchange product being shipped back to you.
Return and exchange shipping is at the customer’s expense and must be sent via a trackable method via FedEx, UPS or United States Post Office. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once returned item is received by Hyperwear.

International Warranty – Home use only
This product is not designed or intended for use other than in the home environment. MX SELECT warrants that the MX55 Dumbbell System, purchased from an authorised agent and in its undamaged original packaging, is free from defects in materials and workmanship. MX SELECT will, at their discretion, repair or replace parts that become defective within the warranty period, subject to the specific inclusions and exclusions below. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose in some states.
Handsets – 2 Year Limited Warranty
MX SELECT will repair or replace any component of or within the Handsets should it fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 2 years of the original purchase. Warranty does not apply if Handset is dropped.
Weight plates – 2 Year Limited Warranty
MX SELECT will repair or replace any Weight Plate should it fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 2 years of the original purchase. Warranty does not apply if Handset has been dropped.

Return Policy:
All returns and exchanges are welcomed by EliteFTS. Just return the item with notation of all your information and instruction regarding your exchange or refund. Full credit will be issued for merchandise returned within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns shipped back to EliteFTS after 15 days of your receipt of shipment.
Items that CANNOT be returned:
-Custom made or custom order products may not be returned.
-All apparel must be returned with original tags attached and in condition to resell.
-All equipment and barbells cannot be returned, but they are covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
-There will be no refunds on books, e-books and DVD’s.
-Any downloadable software product cannot be returned.
-With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges.
-No other warranty written or implied exists.
Manufacturer‘s Warranty claims must be addressed to the manufacturers.
Powerlifting Gear Return Policy
All Gear to be returned must meet these guidelines in order to be accepted:
Merchandise must returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment
Merchandise must not be visibly worn. (We will be unable to restock for resale)
Merchandise condition must be in the same conditions as received. (ex: odor free, liniment free, baby powder free, chalk free etc.)
Damages and Shortages:
Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to EliteFTS within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then replace any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.
Inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery before signing off with driver.
Damage occurring during shipment must be noted with the delivery driver in order to file a claim for damages. Failure to do so may result in a claim being rejected.
Keep all original cartons and merchandise as received
Damage claims must be filed with the freight carrier before we can replace lost or damaged merchandise.
